About Quadralyze

The AI-native engineering company

Quadralyze exists to help organisations operationalise AI: not as experiments, but as real automation across processes, products and customer experience. Four pillars, one delivery engine, and one senior engineer accountable for every outcome.

What we do

What does Quadralyze do?

Quadralyze designs, builds and runs AI-native systems across four pillars (Software, Data, BI and AI), collectively called the Quad. Each pillar is a discipline in its own right; together they form one architecture, because agents need memory, memory needs governance, and answers need data.

Software · Dark Factory

Agents build, humans govern

Our Software pillar runs as a dark factory: AI agent pipelines write, test and document production code, spec-driven where it matters and vibe-coded where it flies, with senior engineers reviewing every change at the trust boundary. Enterprise software in weeks, not quarters.

Data · Institutional Memory Layer

Memory that compounds

Our Data pillar turns documents, systems and tribal know-how into a governed, retrieval-ready institutional memory layer (built on RAG and knowledge graphs) that people and agents query alike. Memory that compounds with every project and survives every departure.

BI · Ambient Intelligence

Ask, don’t hunt

Our BI pillar replaces dashboard hunting with answer-engine BI: ask in plain language, inside the flow of work, and receive a governed, cited answer drawn from your own data. Insight that finds you. Zero dashboards.

AI · Agents & Chatbots

One pillar, two modes

Action: agents that read, write and execute inside explicit trust boundaries. Response: chatbots grounded in your institutional memory, answering with governed, cited replies. Prompt & context engineering, evals and guardrails across both.

How we deliver

How does Quadralyze deliver?

Every Quadralyze engagement is led by one Forward Deployed Engineer: a senior engineer embedded inside your business, not on a bench, accountable end-to-end for the outcome.

Behind that one engineer sits the delivery engine. The dark factory runs around the clock; the offshore capability centre supplies vetted AI, data and engineering talent; and a growing library of reusable accelerators means every project compounds the speed of the next. Code review, architecture review, security and IP protection are baked into every delivery. Quality is a property of the pipeline, not a phase at the end.

The result is a deliberately lean model: small, senior and outcome-focused, because agents do the heavy lifting and the humans you pay for are the ones exercising judgement.

How an engagement runs

1

Scope

Your Forward Deployed Engineer scopes the outcome with you, in-market, in your context.

2

Architect

Solution design and trust boundaries agreed before the build begins.

3

Build & run

The dark factory and delivery engine ship in weekly, human-reviewed increments.

4

Outcomes

Value measured and evolved continuously. Accelerators compound the next engagement.

No bench. No handoffs. One Forward Deployed Engineer: in your team, on the hook for the outcome.

Let’s Talk
Engagement models

How does Quadralyze engage commercially?

Quadralyze offers six engagement models, from a fixed-price project to a dedicated offshore capability centre, so the commercial shape always matches the work, not the other way round.

01

Fixed-price project

Defined scope, defined outcome, defined price. Best for assessments, proofs of concept and well-bounded automation or product builds.

02

Time & materials

Senior capacity on a running clock for work that must start before it can be fully scoped: exploratory builds, modernisation and evolving roadmaps.

03

Outcome-based

Fees tied to the result rather than the effort. We share the risk on engagements where the outcome is measurable and the trust boundaries are clear.

04

Managed services

SLA-backed, multi-quarter engagements where Quadralyze runs, evolves and supports AI-enabled processes end-to-end: a flywheel of continuous value.

05

Resource augmentation

Vetted AI, data and engineering talent embedded into your teams (onsite or remote) under your direction, with Quadralyze quality oversight.

06

Offshore capability centre

A dedicated delivery team built for you and run by Quadralyze: sustained scale at offshore economics, with governance and standards set jointly.

Where & how

Where does Quadralyze operate, and on what technology?

Quadralyze serves clients across North America, the Middle East, Europe and Australia, pairing in-market engagement leadership with a high-quality offshore delivery engine.

Technology choices follow the client, not the vendor. We deliver across three tracks: open source AI (open-weight models, fine-tuning and RAG) where control, cost and IP ownership matter; cloud native on Microsoft Azure, AWS and Google Cloud where speed and governance lead; and on-premises (including fully air-gapped, sovereign deployments with no data egress) for regulated, defence and public sector clients. Microsoft Azure and Databricks sit at the core of our practice, with Claude, GPT and open frameworks such as Python, .NET, React, LangChain and MCP keeping every architecture portable. Never locked in.

This range is deliberate. The industries we serve (ports and shipping, logistics, energy, financial services, government and manufacturing) rarely get to choose the easy deployment. We meet them where their constraints are.
